SCHOOL TOURS

Mrs. Wood offers school tours throughout the school year. They take place at 10:00 the 2nd Wednesday of every month. No need to sign up. Just come to the front office (Entrance is on Denver Street) and we will get you all set up! Take a Virtual Tour Here: https://bit.ly/BPEVirtualTour

UNIVERSAL TRANSITIONAL

KINDERGARTEN (UTK)/KINDERGARTEN

Kindergarten Assessments will be held August 5th & 6th from 9:00-3:00. Make sure you use the link to sign up for a time slot. Kindergarten assessments are important so we make sure our Kinder classes are evenly placed.
UTK/K Orientation will be Friday, August 9th from 4:30-5:30
***IMPORTANT*** The first 2 weeks of UTK/Kinder will be 1/2 days for those students. School will dismiss at 1:00 for the first 2 weeks of the school year.

Primetime

2024-25 PRIMETIME PROGRAM

PrimeTime will be offered at all elementary and middle school sites beginning the 2024-25 school year. A virtual meeting will be scheduled for the nineteen (Boys and Girls Club) schools transitioning to PrimeTime beginning 2024-25 to review the process.
A School Messenger will be emailed on Friday, March 1 to all families of students attending elementary and middle schools.
Priority registration for 2024-25 has changed following the California Department of Education (CDE) Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELOP) grant requirements. Students who meet at least one of the following criteria will be given priority registration.
- If a program reaches capacity, the submission date and time will be considered. For all other students not meeting the above criteria, registration will be a first come, first served based on program capacity.
